Quesadilla
12’’ Toasted flour tortilla with melted cheese inside. Your choice of house meat. Rice on the side.
Pozole
White hominy simmered in pork and guajillo broth, served with onions, lettuce, lime and two tostadas on the side.

Or maybe you need additional sour cream to cut some of the spice from a delicious mango habanero salsa? There's a table with additional toppings for you to amend however you please.
